Welcome! I’m Chelsea.

I’m a therapist, writer, musician, and educator. Right now, I’m in the process of producing a season of shareable content (blogs, podcasts, illustrated workbooks) for Big Feels Lab: a project devoted to understanding and addressing collective mental health issues.

My goal is to create resources which help us explore the relationship between the social issues we’re all facing and the big emotions we don’t quite know what to do with. I’m having great conversations with inspiring people who are addressing these issues across disciplines and I can’t wait to share more of that with you!
